个人简历

韩旭,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。2017年获得88858cc永利官网微电子科学与工程专业学士学位,2017至2023年由澳大利亚皇家墨尔本理工大学(电子与通信工程专业,哲学博士)与兰州大学(物理学专业,理学博士)联合培养攻读双博士学位。2023年7月入职88858cc永利官网88858cc永利官网。目前主要从事集成光电子器件与芯片方面的研究,研究内容主要包括(但不限于)面向数据中心和高速光通信应用的光子集成电路(调制、复用、互连等),面向测试计量和智能感知的芯片级光学系统与仪器(传感、光谱、成像等)。目前在国际光学期刊发表学术论文40余篇,第一作者发表论文13篇,包括多篇封面文章和Top-downloaded papers,授权中国国家发明专利7项,中国科学报、科学网、两江科技评论等媒体都对工作做过详细解读。担任多个知名SCI期刊审稿人。
